This work has included successfully manipulating and integrating data from a variety of computer sources and programs comprising many formats and business rules. My background and training includes instruction from ESRI in their ArcGIS software, Michigan Technological University LTAP in their RoadSoft GIS software, and seminars from the Michigan Municipal League and Wayne State University.
